Delivery times and production times

 

Production times depend in each case on materials and workmanship and so you can check vividly on the average production time depending on the material by contacting us.

Please understand that these are not binding information, because as in any production, it can also come with us to flow fluctuations and named by us as expected to ship Date is just a guideline.

The delivery time from the handover by us are different to the parcel service German Post, DHL, DPD or Hermes, as well as to the forwarding agents and may range from one to several days.

In Speditionsversand will contact you by phone, so we need in this case, a number of you so that the forwarding company can arrange an appointment with you.
The delivery on islands is delayed in most cases to a day or two!

How much are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the package and the weight, therefore also fall for different products have different shipping costs, which will provide you authentic calculated and displayed in the order or be calculated individually. Will be shipped from Germany and Poland. For shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein other costs have to be recognized because the goods are cleared through customs. Do you ship throughout Europe?

We deliver within Europe the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Great Britain and France as well as Switzerland and Liechtenstein with settlement of the customs declaration. A delivery to other countries is currently only possible on request.

 

 

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes. In the ordering process you have the option of recording your personal information to enter a billing and shipping address. You may add a different delivery address if the address corresponds to the following requirements.
A subsequent change of address is possible only within the already registered destination country!

Our production and administration site is Germany and Poland, therefore only different delivery addresses in accordance with the following combinations are possible. For different countries, the tax is directed. Always depending on the valid tax rate of the recipient country.

Can I have it delivered to a Packstation?

An address input to delivery to freight stations should be currently still avoided. Our address field is not prepared for the Post customer number and packing station number!

Packstations operated by DHL and not supplied by our other shipping service. Since the choice of the sender automatically depending on the packet size, we can not make sure that the packing station being supplied.

Please note also that the subjects of the inner dimension of packing stations 35 x 35 x 60 cm and have your ordered products incl. Package this format might exceed!

How can I change my delivery address after ordering?

My product has not yet been delivered. What can I do?

Can I pick up my order at directly "full effect"?

Please understand that a self picking up your order at full effect is not possible. We calculate all orders incl. Shipping and can not deduct the shipping costs.

 

How can I check the status of my delivery?

You will receive an automated shipping notification with a link to shipment tracking. Unfortunately we can only offer this service for DHL and DPD.
When shipping with TNT, TNT-Express or forwarding we can inform you a tracking number upon request.
Please understand that the status message can retrieve only when the shipping service provider has the goods first scanned.

Where can I send my delivery?

You can send your shipment to Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France and Luxembourg as well as exports to Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Other countries are only possible on request.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect delivery?

If you have received a wrong delivery, please get in touch, in conjunction with our customer service. If only a part has been received your delivery, first check your delivery. In some cases, we divide the delivery into several packages, in order to deliver your products faster. If that's the case, this division is explicitly stated in the delivery note and you will get the rest of the supply in the next few days.

How will my order packaged?

When packing your products, we take great care that your order is well protected during transportation. Specially made for our purposes cardboard and the use of soft filler materials ensure that your product arrives safely to you.


Who will deliver my parcel?

As a delivery partner, we have German Post, DHL, DPD, Hermes and TNT selected for us. It can be taken any default of the parcel service during the order, because our shipping system determines to hand the goods to be shipped to the optimal delivery partner. This size (so-called belt level) and the weight plays a role.


For particularly bulky items or large amounts we instruct the trucking companies as a logistics company.

What do I do when I have only received part of my order?

If only part of your order has arrived, please first check your delivery. In some cases, we divide the delivery into several packages, in order to deliver your products faster. If that's the case, this division is explicitly indicated on the delivery note and you will get the rest of the supply in the next few days. Not true your delivery matches the delivery note, please contact our customer service.
